Direct Gas Fired Oven
Our Direct Gas Fired Oven (DGF oven) for baking unit is a best one. The energy source is placed inside the baking chamber and, depending on the fuel used; direct-fired ovens may use gas (e.g., natural gas or LPG). The heat transfer in a direct-fired oven is primarily carried out by radiation from the flames and hot surfaces. The characteristics of our Direct Gas Fired Ovens are:
• Our DGF ovens are mostly used for biscuit
• DGF is especially suitable for baking products that require high temperatures, above 300°C (572°F)
• DGF ovens may also be used for baking all types of crackers, cookies, and biscuits
• DGF and electric-fired ovens both have similar heat transfer mechanisms
• In order to directly transfer heat to the products, direct gas fired ovens use ribbon burners that are placed above and below conveyor belts, or bands in continuous ovens, or at the base of the cabinet in batch ovens. The flames created by each burner then radiate energy into the baking chamber, heating the air and the products.
• Each burner is supplied with a mixture of gas and air. The pressure of this mixture (flow rate of each component) determines the extent of the combustion reaction (power delivered), and hence the temperature set point of the oven.
• There are various arrangements for adjusting the size of the flame across the width of the oven to ensure even heating across the band
Direct gas fired oven:
• Allows rapid start-up, as it is only necessary to heat the air in the oven
• Permits short baking times (which lower energy consumption and operating costs)
• Has high thermal efficiency (high conversion of dissipated energy to heat the product)
• Enables good control over baking temperature
In contrast, an indirect gas fired oven (IGF oven) is a radiant unit that uses exchangers connected to the burning zone to indirectly heat the baking chamber, so the dough pieces do not come into contact with the products of combustion.

Convection type Indirect Gas Fired Oven
We have convection type Indirect Gas Fired Oven (IGF oven) which is a radiant unit that uses exchangers connected to the burning zone to indirectly heat the baking chamber, so the dough pieces do not come into contact with the products of combustion.

Smoke and tide automatic exclude, safety precaution system and inspection door. Automatic temperature control and independent movement of chamber to relieve stresses when expanding or contacting, make sure the temperature inside oven chamber stability. Its components are Feed drum, Steam extraction, Steam extraction fan, Electric raceway, Resistances, Steel band, Cleaning scraper, Cleaning brush, Three rollers centering device, Wire mesh return centering device, Inspection window, Steam adjustment damper, Inside chamber centering device, Adjustment handle, End drum, Small recovery bowl, Recovery bowl.
It has End drum drive system for Steel band or Wire mesh, Gas burner, Ignition burner control. The high temperature during the starting phase (direct gas) and the following stabilization within the normal baking parameters (cyclothermic), make this kind of oven particularly suitable for Crackers and Hard biscuits. The length of direct gas oven section and cyclothermic one are calculated according to production needs.
Electric Oven
We have Electric Oven which has three types of conveyors- Steel Band, Wire Mesh (Rolled, Flat wire & Round wire) and Metal plated.
Our Electric Oven is perfect for Biscuits, Crackers, Sponge Cake, Confectionery and Bread. Its baking length can be variable according to production needs.
